Please email danielle@qlly-furniture.com and we will calculate the production time and cost. And send you the item list and invoice.
  2.Pay and start. After you confirmed the items and payed for them, our factory will start to work. It takes normally about a week, but may vary according to your project’s complexity.
  3.Confirm and ship. Once it is finished, we will take photo or video to let you confirm. After confirmation, we will pack and ship it for you. Shipment takes 4-5 weeks. If you want to receive your product faster, we will ship them by air.

Can I have a refund?

     If the work has already started, we can only give you a partial refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to provide a refund.

    We can send you some samples, shipping time is about 2 weeks.
